⛓️ Chain Reaction
Rebuild a word chain in the spirit of the game show — each word must start with the last letter of the one before it, and every wrong guess reveals another letter.
How to Play Chain Reaction
Goal: complete the chain by figuring out every word after the first one, which is given to you.
Controls: type a word of the required length that starts with the required letter, then click Add to Chain. Each slot has one specific intended word — a wrong guess doesn't cost you the game, it reveals one more letter of that word, so you're never permanently stuck.
Tips:
- Use the length and the growing set of revealed letters together — a word gets much easier to place once 2-3 letters are visible.
- Letters like Q, X, and Z are rare chain-starters — if the required letter is uncommon, take an extra moment before guessing.
- Guessing "wrong but close" is still useful information — every attempt reveals another letter even if it isn't the answer.
- Longer chains (Hard mode) mean more links to work through, but each one is solvable on its own — you don't need to plan the whole chain in advance.
