2. Free and Premium Access

We offer a selection of puzzles for free every day. A Premium subscription unlocks our full daily lineup, every difficulty level, and access to the puzzle archive. Premium pricing, billing frequency, and available payment methods are presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems; (c) use automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the Service or extract puzzle content or answers for redistribution; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (e) reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent any access or billing restriction.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all puzzles, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Fun Daily Puzzles or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our puzzle content without our prior written permission.
